☸  BASIC INFO 
Name:  Afonso Gabriel de Luis Henrique João Silva 

Age:  21
Family:  SO  MANY  COUSINS. He is a part of the  ~Latino Brigade~ and ergo has a gigantic family. He's closest to a couple of his little cousins, in particular Bento (he has another name but Afonso has always more or less refused to call him by it. Whoops.) and Antonio. Both of them still attend the high school.

 OTHER HEADCANON 

  ☸  Portycakes is a student teacher!  He is a senior at the on campus college, and is currently taking a semester of student teaching instead of any other classes. For some masochistic reason he decided he'd like to teach high school English, and he currently has a full schedule of classes--upper level English (World Literature), and a couple of honors classes. He's very busy and also broke 8(  And works a second job somewhere on the weekends, although I haven't quite decided where that might be. 

☸  He graduated from the on campus high school quite some time ago. In school, he was decently popular and played forward for the soccer team.  Because of this, he has a gigantic soft spot for said sports team, especially considering it's his younger cousin Antonio who is the captain. Affie often gets dragged into the fundraisers he plans {PRIMO, MUD WRESTLING!!  :D WHAT), and nine times out of ten he pays out of pocket or gives donations that he really doesn't have the money to actually give. He attends all the soccer games, as well. 

 

☸ Port is not an utterly strict teacher, but he's known to be a bit daydreamy and distracted easily by his students. It's not difficult for him to go off on tangents because they talk about a book in a place, and he's more likely than not been in this place. Affie traveled around with his father for yeaaars and years and years when he was a kid, and he spent a lot of his time on his dad's fishing boat as a part time job, so he has a lot of stories. 'u' He tries to make literature as interesting as possible, but to him everything about it is interesting, so that...doesn't really go all that well.
